Hospital Director

Dr Bianca Betros

BVSc (Hons I), Dip Prof Prac Mgt

Bianca grew up on a farm in Tenterfield, in northern NSW, where she was constantly surrounded by goats, sheep, horses, cattle, cats, dogs, rabbits and various wildlife from a very early age. It was here that her dream of becoming a vet was established. After graduation from The University of Queensland in 1999, Bianca worked for 2 years in Sydney, then travelled to Witham, Essex, in England, where she spent a further two years in a very busy small animal practice course travelling whenever possible. Upon returning to Australia, Bianca continued to work in several small animal practices in Sydney. More recently, she opened a veterinary hospital in Bundanoon, in the Southern Highlands.

Bianca understands completely the value of the human-animal bond, the value that our pets add to our lives and the part they play as members of our family. Bianca has special interests in small animal medicine, soft tissue surgery and dentistry. She aims to provide the highest standards of care to help our animals live long, healthy, happy lives. Bianca’s family includes two children – William and Amelia, a miniature Schnauzer named Bonny, a rescue cat named Peppa, and a rabbit named Fudge.

Bianca enjoys travelling, cooking, gardening, reading, yoga, paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking and going to the gym…all when time permits!
